Homebuyer Assistance Program

The Housing Division provides assistance with down payment and upfront closing costs is available for income-eligible first-time homebuyers in York City and York County through the York Homebuyer Assistance Program. This program is currently administered through Tenfold, who provides the eligibility screening and other requirements for the York County Planning Commission (YCPC).

Eligibility is first determined by income, with other restrictions also applying which include homebuyer education workshops and homebuyer counseling.
