Community Planning Resources
The York County Planning Commission maintains information on a variety of planning-related topics and provides planning services and resources for residents, municipalities, other government bodies, businesses, nonprofits, and more.

County Comprehensive Plan
The County Comprehensive Plan is a framework that guides the growth and development of the County, as well as the protection of its important natural resources. The Comprehensive Plan is made up of nine planning components, plus accompanying resource reports. Together, the Plan creates a vision for the future of York County and lays out goals and policies to achieve it.

York County Planning Commission has ongoing initiatives and large-scale projects to help with York County's quality of life.

Subdivision & Land Development
York County, through YCPC, reviews and takes action on all subdivisions and land developments in Delta, Yoe, Yorkana, and York Haven boroughs. YCPC is also required to perform reviews of all other subdivision and land developments in York County. In these cases, the YCPC review serves to advise the local municipality.
