The York County Planning Commission collects building permit data and reports on that data by the municipality and for the county as a whole. Permit data shown on this site may not be comprehensive. The majority of municipalities submit building permit data for county reports, however, municipalities are not required to submit this data to the county and therefore the reports may not reflect information for the county as a whole.
