All proposed subdivision and/or land development plans for municipalities with a Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance shall be submitted to the York County Planning Commission for review. Upon the date the proposed plan was received, the staff of the York County Planning Commission shall have thirty (30) days for review and comment and will forward such review to the Municipal Governing Body, Municipal Planning Commission, the applicant and other review agencies and officials as necessary.

 All proposed subdivision and/or land development plans for municipalities that currently do not have a Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance shall refer to Article III of the York County Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance for plan submission procedure.
