Pamela Shellenberger,
Chief
Long Range Planning Division
The Long Range Planning Division is primarily responsible for the on going development and implementation of the York County Comprehensive Plan. The County Comprehensive Plan creates a vision of what York County will be in the future. This vision is based on information provided by the municipalities and other agencies, as well as citizen feedback provided through public meetings. It is largely through cooperation between the County and the local municipalities that the goals and objectives of the York County Comprehensive Plan will be achieved.
