Community Development
The Community Development and Housing Department has been designated by the County Commissioners to administer various federal, state, and other housing and community development programs and projects.
This division administers three federal housing and community development programs: The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) and Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) Programs. It also administers the Weatherization Program, PA Access Home Modification Program, the Affordable Housing Trust Fund and other funds and state programs for York County. This division funds public works projects, public services, planning activities, and a wide range of home improvement and housing programs.
Community Development
