West York Borough Streetscape Study
The York County Planning Commission is responsible for the administration of a variety of funding programs for the County that include Housing and Community Development, Transportation, County and Municipal planning and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Through these programs and related responsibilities, the Planning Commission has been working to strategically focus federal and state funding received in York County to targeted communities. Townships also spawn many traffic access, safety and capacity concerns along the U. S. Route 30
