The municipalities of Carroll Township,
Dillsburg Borough, Franklin Township, and Franklintown Borough, in
conjunction with the York County Planning Commission and Adams County, have initiated a
Transportation Amendment to the Northern York County Region
Comprehensive Plan that encompasses the Route 15 corridor from Carroll
Drive to South Ridge Road, Adams County. This study will involve the identification of
transportation improvements for the corridor, with a focus on short-term
options that can be implemented quickly to improve operations and safety
in the study area.
