Chief:

This position coordinates the activities of the department and shares in the development of the GIS System and the Network development.

Analyst I:

This position is responsible for data entry into the GIS System and GIS map creation.

Analyst II:

This position is responsible for the analysis of data and further development of the GIS System.

Senior Analyst:

This position performs network administrative duties, such as adding/removing users, assigning user rights to files and directories, maintaining the network printers and keeping Internet service up and running. Also provides technical support to the staff for word processing, database, spreadsheet and graphics software and for usage of the Internet. Creates new databases and programs to maintain them, as needed, as well as makes necessary upgrades/improvements to DBASE applications used by the CDBG, Subdivision and Transportation Departments. Responsible for the installation of software on PC’s and maintains the individual account balances for the various CDBG loan programs. Also performs end-of-the-year review of those accounts and mails interest letters, when applicable, to clients for tax purposes.

Webmaster:

This position is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the YCPC website, design of graphics for various documents and presentations, document scanning, report production (word processing, formatting, printing). Also provides technical support and training to staff for software (Word Perfect, Windows, Word, Excel, general computer operation, etc.)
