Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP)

York County is anticipated to receive an allocation of $2,017,253.00 from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). The NSP was authorized under the Housing and Economic Recovery Act (HERA) of 2008, for the purpose of assisting in the redevelopment of abandoned and foreclosed homes.
