The York County Planning Commission was formed in 1959 by the Board of County Commissioners and is composed of nine members. The members of the Commission include both "at large" and regional representatives. Those activities of the Planning Commission that are of a county-wide planning nature are financed principally by County appropriations. Occasionally State and Federal Grants are received for specific purposes such as transportation planning and storm water management planning. You will find more details on the About Us page, or contact Felicia Dell for more information.
